These terms apply to studiomemora.com, including the waitlist. They are not a paid subscription contract. By using the site you agree to them.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a launch date, a specific price, or that Memora will ship a particular feature. Reserving launch pricing means we intend to honor advertised launch rates for waitlist members when paid films open. It is not a purchase until you buy.
The site
The marketing site, demos, and copy are provided as-is while the product is on a waitlist. Do not scrape, attack, or overload the site. Do not submit someone else’s email without their say-so.
Our content
The Memora name, mark, screenshots, and writing on this site belong to us. You may share links. You may not copy the product UI or brand as your own.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Memora is not liable for indirect losses from using this pre-launch site or from a delay in launch. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
