Who we are
Memora (also called Studio Memora) operates studiomemora.com. This page covers the marketing site and waitlist. The guest-photo product is not generally available yet.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist we collect your email, optional name, region, kind of day, expected guest count, the page you signed up from, and the time of signup. We do not collect payment details on this site.
How we use it
We use waitlist details to confirm your place, email you when films open, and honor the launch rates we advertised for this list. We do not sell your email.
Who else sees it
Signups are stored with our hosting provider (Vercel). We also send a copy to our operator inbox through an email form provider (Web3Forms) so we can follow up. We do not share waitlist emails with advertisers.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies that make the pages work (for example language). We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to count visits, referrers, and waitlist clicks. Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC. We do not run an ad pixel.
Event photos
This marketing site does not collect guest event photos. When films launch, stills sit in a private invite-only album. Hosts control reveal timing and who can access shots after the event.
Your choices
You can ask us to send, correct, or delete your waitlist entry. Email the address below. We keep waitlist records until launch outreach is done, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date above.
